This hotel is really nice and a good location for seeing Berlin. I recommend it for getting back together with your ex girlfriend if she happens to live in Berlin!

The staff we dealt with were polite yet customer service was lacking. The rooms were clean despite lacking basic amenities. We were most disappointed by this hotel. We arrived by taxi at 1:30am from the bahnhof because the hotel was 14 minutes walk in a poorly lit area. The gentleman greeted us, I gave him the name of the booking, he ignored me but proceeded to serve another guest behind us. After he served the guest I asked him if he needed the booking reference. He informed me he only needed the booking name. The city tax was paid for and our room key was given to us. Our room was on the 3rd floor around the back. I paid for a triple room. We received a double room with a toddler bed on the floor!
My 11year old couldn't fit on it comfortably!
The kettle was coated in lime scale. It needed throwing out!
I went back to reception to query our 'triple room', the cleanliness of the kettle & the fact that there were no complementary slippers...
What I received was excuses. Despite booking 4 weeks in advance. I was told by Herr that ours was the last room. He said he will speak to someone in the morning and see if we could be moved. As for the unhygienic looking kettle, I was told they were having 'issues' with the kettles and that was the last one... Complementary slippers, same theme 'last one'.
This is by far the worse hotel we've stayed in. Very disappointed at the alleged triple room, the filthy kettle, the fact that the hotel is far from transport routes and there were no complementary slippers just some little packets of haribos....
The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows; why bother as we had to fold them several times to raise our heads.
2nd day nothing done despite being assured that issues raised would be addressed. We were told that the bed (if you can call it that!) was sorted however it wasn't. Still no kettle but the person on front desk was kind enough to give us a flask of hot water...
I know we only sleep and shower here but how can we be comfortable when the bed is not fit for purpose and there is no clean kettle? Basic necessities.

Rooms are clean and almost comfortable. They need absolutely to change those cushions. The heating system was nice and the bathroom too even if it was a bit small. Breakfast at the hotel costs 14€/day so it is much better eating at locals. The location was nice because it is located in an industrial zone but there is not much to do in it. It is at least 15 min walking from the nearest Ubahn station. And yes a refrigerator would be great.

Nice and clean hotel with decent rooms. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet as well. However, it is a bit far from transportation and other nightlife.
