Location is good, can walk from Alexanderplatz train stations of S and U Bahn. Also near the bus stop of Meinfernbus.
Room and bed were new, good and clean. I stayed in a 6-bed mixed dorm room and was lucky that my roommates were quiet and nice for the first 3 nights but after that all the guys hang their wet clothes around the room which made the room so smelly.
Worst thing for me is the plug sockets. They're under the bottom bed, I needed to crawled as it's the end of the wall. hate it.
Shower Rooms for men and women have the same door to enter so I hesitated at the first time if I was wrong. The shower rooms were small and wet all the time but the dry area was good and clean, with a hair dryer and paper towel.
Elevator and Lobby were a bit old or needed more maintenance I think. The staffs were helpful but they're busy all the time .

The last time I was in Berlin I chose to stay at Pangea People and am glad that I did. From the reviews I had read online, they instructed me to check in and then head up to the bar if you were looking to meet people. I did as instructed and was greeted by a group of people that were from all over the world. We had a couple beers that night and all decided to hit the town the next day together since we all wanted to see a variety of things. Everything from the beds to the cleanliness of the hotel was to my liking. The only possible area for improvement was the breakfast selection, but when you are paying for cheap living you can't expect the world! Looking forward to staying here during my next visit!

This October, I was here for the second time. I was with a group of 220 people. We had such a blast in Berlin! And Pangea People Hostel made our stay even better. Their kind staff had a lot of understanding for our big group. Great placement, great staff, great facilities, great rooms... Hope to see you soon Pangea People Hostel! ;)
