Worst Dealer Ever - I bought my Golf R VII there and car is a disaster, as well as the garage.
They dented the bodywork on changing from Winter to Summer tyres, they scratched my Winter wheels (brand new) when putting the tyres on. They didn't reset the computer system when they put the winter tyres so that the display indicated I had too little air pressure in my tyres (and this on the way from Germany to Sweden on the autobahn).
The car itself - well Tieymeyer could not find the strange noise I had from the engine after 3 visits. Apparently it was "normal". According to another VW dealer it was the turbo - which was subsequently changed and the noise disappeared. Now the head gasket is gone on a car that is only 2 years old - what more can I say. Just don't go there. Unsympathetic, unprofessional and clearly completely incompetent.

Ich hatte mir eigentlich geschworen nie wieder einen Fuß auch nur in die Nähe eines Autohauses der Tiemeyer Gruppe zu setzen da meine Erfahrungen mit dem Autohaus an der Porschestraße nicht hätten schlechter sein können (einfach meine Bewertung lesen. Da ist eigentlich alles beschrieben).
Ich bin bei mobile.de auf ein gutes Angebot der H.Tiemeyer GmbH aufmerksam geworden und wollte mir einfach mal aus Interesse ein persönliches Angebot incl. Inzahlungnahme meines Fahrzeugs einholen.
Dies hat mich so überzeugt das ich nach etwas längerem überlegen zugeschlagen habe.
Alles in allem bin ich auch mit dem Service der H.Tiemeyer GmbH sehr zufrieden.
Ich hatte nach dem Kauf zwei kleine Problemchen mit dem Fahrzeug. Diese wurden aber ohne Diskussion und ohne Probleme sofort behoben.
Wartezeiten für einen Werkstatt-Termin sind mit ungefähr einer Woche in Ordnung.
Das Service Personal ist überaus freundlich und die geleistete Arbeit ist sehr gut.
Da bin ich aus der Gruppe anderes gewohnt...
Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.
Wenn das nur überall in der Gruppe so wäre...

Very Hard to get answers from the sellers.
5 Emails not answered, more than 10 phone calls with more than 20 attempts, so that I can finally speak with the seller.
Really need to improve their costumer service
