Etwas schräge, aber interessante Chefin. Die Apotheke hat meistens so lange auf, bis die Gemeinschaftsarztpraxis im gleichen Haus ihren letzten Patienten entlassen hat also mitunter auch mal bis 19.30 zum Beispiel.

So I go up to this pharmacy and I'm not quite sure whether they are open or closed. There is no window in the wooden door, and the business hours schedule on the door is complicated to say the least. After studying them for a few minutes I conclude that they are probably open, and that if they're not, I will not be able to open the door in the first place. So I give the door a polite little pull and I see this lady mopping the floor. I figure I must have been wrong and that they are most likely still closed, but before I can open my mouth to say something appropriate for this situation like, "excuse me, are you open?", to which they could then have replied something like "sorry, we are not, come back at this or that hour", the lady walks up to the door, barks "NEIN" in my direction, slams the door in my face and locks it. Now that is what I call poor customer service. Rude!
