Super nette Mitarbeiter, hab einen sehr schönen Tag in diesem Spa verbracht. Meine Freundin und ich waren sehr begeistert, wer also mal eine Pause vom stressigen Altag sucht ist hier genau richtig!

Whirlpool has not been working since 2 years ago. Pool is quite cold. Shower in the female changing room doesn't have any soap.. and the so called soap dispenser has dirt in it😣. Never again!

Wir hatten eine Gesichtsbehandlung gebucht. 100 Euro für paar Cremes und kleine Massage finde ich persönlich recht viel. In dem Paket war auch ein Getränk dabei, das uns nicht vom Spa aus angeboten wurde. Nach kurzer Nachfrage stellte die Dame am Empfang es so da, als wäre das selbstverständlich dabei. Sie würde es bringen. Dies tat sie nicht, auch als sie uns am Pool gesehen hat, ist ihr nichts aufgefallen. Für den Preis erwarte ich ein zuvorkommenderes Personal.
Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr kalt. Schade war auch, dass der Whirlpool kaputt war.

Unfriendly staff, jacuzzi broken (apparently this happened "just today", I doubt it...), water in the swimming pool really really cold, pool too small, changing rooms tiny.
The massage I booked should have lasted 60 min, I only got 30. The small girlish woman insisted she had the wrong booking. Despite that, the massage she gave me was superficial at best. She did not even bother to try to dissolve the rather obvious tensions.
All in all, I was thoroughly disappointed.
