Schade, dass einerseits über das Apothekensterben geweint wird, andererseits aber diese auch kein Interesse haben mit der Zeit zu gehen. Obwohl Kreditkarten seit 2015 für Händler sehr günstig wurden und nur 0,1% teurer sind als EC Karten, wird dieser Service nicht angeboten. Meine nächste Bestellung wird online erfolgen. Warum auch lokal mehr bezahlen und keine modernen Zahlungsmöglichkeiten nutzen? Die Medikamente sind vom Hersteller vorgemischt und vom Arzt verordnet. Warum hier noch einen verstaubten Dienstleister nutzen? Schade, ich hätte es mir anders gewünscht.

Popped in here to purchase some iron. Asked the cashier if I could pay by card, she peered into my wallet, "you have cash". I thought to myself (yes I am aware of the contents of my wallet.. I was intending to use this at a different store without card capability). Then the cashier annoyed proceeded to explain as a business she gets charged 2.50 EUR per transaction.
I understand the excessive fee structure of financial institutions especially for small business owners however venting your frustration on customers who are trying to support you is rather superfluous.
A shrewd business owner would understand the concept of receiving 75% of a transaction rather than 0%, there are plenty of pharmacies in the area, consider using alternate services.
I just came to buy iron, not to be lectured on my preferred payment method.
