Good location and clean rooms, but there are some problems with ventilation and because of that it's super hot in summer and impossible to stay in room at daytime.

It is a hotel working under BME, University. Environment here is more like a family.

Very nice located, with cheap and clean rooms. I just wish there was a nicer place to sit in the evenings with our guests

Rooms are clean. Neighbouring rooms had smokers even though rule was against smoking. My reservation was for a room with private external bathroom, and same key opens both. Apparently only my room had the bathroom shared with another - found out about it when I saw dirty footprints on the shower rug. Been wondering if they could also get in my room. BUT - Staff were very nice and gave me another room, this time bathroom was private.
Staircase is with open walls to all floors so you can hear the ding dong of the lift on each floor it lands. Slept 4 nights with earplugs, but slept well.
