This place was a live action "Overcooked". The prices were good (for Iceland) and despite the crush of people the food was ready fast. Everything was tasty, the way I imagine the original McDonalds would have been in it's early days.
More than anything I enjoyed watching the dance the 5 worker did to keep the food flowing. It was nothing short of impressive.

Great cool little burger diner on the harbour. Burgers were really tasty and price reasonable for Iceland. This isn't fine dining but just tasty, higher quality fast food. Only seats about 20 people but a great cheap eat.

Very cozy place in the old harbour. Quite small but very friendly staff. The fries was a disappointment but the prices were affordable (with Reykjavík measures).

Best Burgers ever!!! Tasty and big! Speaking of big the large order of fries is huge! I really enjoyed this place and had great vibes from the customer service and staff. The cook was nice enough to notice I had ordered 2 burgers and 2 large fries. He told me that 1 large fry feeds 4 people and gave me 1 large fry and money back for the second order of fries. He was right, it was more than enough and I was thankful I saved money. I posted a pic of the place because the inside was cool, comfort, cozy spot. I came to Iceland from the U.S. and had such a great time and Hamborgarabullan was a place not to forget. Thanks
