Good location. Only thing you get obvious services only when you remind them eg. Toiletries on demand. Food is also not so great. Other wise value for money

I was taken aback when I entered the room. I was wondering if I had paid the right amount for such an awesome room. This was no less than a 5 star room and I felt I had paid peanuts for this grand place. The staff was also very courteous. I could have given a 6th star to this place, if it was available. However, there aren't any frills available at this place. It is just an excellent place to stay.

we had stayed there 3 weeks back. The hotel is very clean and locality is very near by to all. Very good service. Mr. Pritpal Singh was very kind enough with us, also the staffs were very kind in service.

OYO had booked this hotel with a promise of a 4 star hotel with fully Air conditioned rooms for my parents on their tour to amritsar. This hotel has been a nightmare for my parents in their trip. The staffs were rude and not helpful at all. My parents were moved in 5 different rooms from 11pm to 2am at night as the AC didnt work in all the 5 rooms. At the end they just gave a table fan and said thats the best they can do. My parents were not in good health, and they made my parents sleep at 40 degrees temperature with just a table fan. At the time of payment my father had denied for paying as he wasnt given the level of service he had booked, the staff there became abusive and eventually my dad was made to pay in full. This place is a total disgrace to our hospitable culture.
