Rooms are good looking but no warm water for bath for 2 days even after repeated complaints . Washbasin and bath tub water clogging . Breakfast only omlette, puri bhaji , no milk and no repeats filling of breakfast. Cockroach roaming on breakfast table. Swimming pool shown in photos is not true . Not maintained and looks totally different and unmaintained. Hotel is MMT assured but customer has to keep calling hotel reception and MMT for issues for 2 hrs instead of peaceful stay for which customer pays money. MMT also gives weird solution room change and no action .

Nice rooms and terrace garden for small gathering. But room service is pathetic. There is no direct entry gate. You have to take the lift to reach the hotel at second floor. Food was expensive, and if they serve you wrong order then say simply say sorry and never change that dish. Which is unacceptable if you paying that much.

Hotel environment is good . Staff is friendly. Overall a good hotel to stay with family in a limited amount and experience 4 star amenities.
