Good institute but their employees need to know how to behave with students of competitive exam. There was a NPCC exam in january,2017. at the admit card there was written that they will not allow digital watch but their employees didn't even allow analog watch. There were hundreds of student who came from other state but no locker or not any place to keep their bag or valuables. Exam hall was well organised but their arrangement towards competitive exam students is pathetic.I didn't went with mobile but I had to call my friend to take my wallet coz they were not allowing wallet too. Okay.... But belts???? Even they told me to took off my belt if I want to the exam hall. There was no information in admit card or npcc website that you can't go inside with belt but they make this rule by force. I had to attain exam so I was forced to do whatever they said. Please improve the arrangement for competitive exam students. I have also given online competitive exams in various parts of India, none of them told me to took my belt off but your institute did.

I love my college TI and love you all of the teaching faculties. But I strongly hate the placement cell.
You cannot get placement from this college because of Swati Sanyal.

Please don't confuse between techno India salt lake and techno India university. Techno India salt lake is far better than it and university is new and very poor placement.

1. campus is small.(there is almost no place for extra carriculum activities).

2. placement is average or sometimes below average( only CSE and IT students get some good placement, that too at very low wages).

3. every year there is a strike of 4 th year students because they do not get placement.(Its not only the fault of college. most of the students are good to nothing. Rankers of upto 55 thousand get to the college with donations.)
4. faculty- some of them are very friendly and are willing to help but most are very detached and teach like bussinessmen.
5. almost every teacher prefer to speak and teach in Bengali which makes it difficult for non bengakis to cope up.
6. No real clubs exist here.
7. No scope for internship in the college for all I know.
*Basically a waste of time and money.

Infrastructure is not good, faculty is very poor. Very small sports ground, swimming is closed since many years. Classrooms are shabby! No well maintained class routines. Library and its system is very bad. Hope you get it and don't take admission in this college.
