*Plz note this review is not to defame the Salon but for giving the customers an idea of what to expect*
This review is entirely based on my one time visit to the salon (which will as well be my last). I have not been to Limelite earlier and i had been there today since i received a gift voucher. I had thought will give it a try with this and maybe decide on going back. And the service was so poor and they had no courtest at all probably because it was going to be a promotional service!! But remember Limelite management if you going to give promotional vouchers but treat customers badly pls dont give voucher at all! I had chosen to have a basic hair cut, toes and finger file and polish. 1st i was given a toe file and polish and the lady left from there. I had to call her back and ask for the finger file and polish. She just filed and left back. Again i called her and asked her to polish. She was like "oh is it!" and polished and rushed to leave home! Thn i was made to wait for 30 mins to have a 5min hair cut! To even show my hair cut in the mirror i had to call the stylist to show me else she was just about to leave as such. The price list actually mentioned that Basic Haircut (includes shmapoo, conditioning and blast dry). After i came out i was quite confused if hair was included or not as they had already confused me enough so i re-checked the price list and asked the stylist and manager. They were like its only done if hair is oily or required not always done or something like that. I asked him if it's only on requirement basis as decided upon by the stylist they should not mention in the list at all which is completely misleading. But he was so rude to say that for my friend's service who did a men's change to style hair cut though its not mentioned we did the hair wash, so shall i bill it now! So rude Mr. Manager. Thats not how you respond. And to add to all this after we complained how much in a hurry their stylists were to leave he was like why are you saying after they left, i cannot ask them now only tomorrow i can ask them and one of the stylist comes from a far place and would have hence left hurriedly. Its completely unacceptable that you did not even apologise and only gave reasons! Horrible service and AND NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.
To conclude dear customers pls ask about your service before you get them done. Let the buyer Beware!

Worst experience since the renovation a few months ago. They ruined my haircut with inexperienced staff and pushed Loreal products so bad that I never going back.
