It has excellent location advantage with proximity to JM Road and a short walk to FC Road. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.
The hotel is good with basic amenities. Staff is courteous. Room has a basic TV with Hathway cable, while we stayed reception was very bad.
Don't expect any toiletries in the bathroom apart from a very small soap and very tiny shampoo bottle. The miniature moisturiser bottle must have not been used for months. It's label turned brown with age.
Basic food items like Indian veg and non veg are ok to be ordered. Doesn't boast of any specialities.
We decided to skip the basic b/f spread and go eat outside to try local Marathi food.
All in all a good place to park yourself if you intend to go around the city and shop in old shopping areas like Tulshi Baug etc as they are very close.

15-20 times the power went off everyday for 5 days of my stay. The bathroom fitting were all leaking, i would have given a zero but 1 star is only for its location.
