Student accomodation that is rented out in summer. An appartment is a couple of rooms (each with their own sink), a living-room+dining+open-plan kitchen and a toilet/shower.
It was clean and staff were friendly and available.
We can easily recommend it if you do not set your expectation-level to a "normal" appartment.

Pros:
- price
- clean and everything worked (fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, shower etc.).
- friendly and helpful staff
- Close to the city centre (convenient busses and a City-Tours-Bus close by). We walked into town in about 15 minutes. Saw many bikes.
- car-parking (entrance is in the Goal Walk rather than the Western Rd, so best set Satnav for that).

Cons:
- kids said it smelt a bit.
- Western Rd noise was audible at front (but not bad).
- No food-shops round the corner.
