My family and myself are patients at this Clinic and I have to say I would not go anywhere else. The reception staff are so kind careing, helpfull and couldn't do enough for you. The Doctors are fantastic. Yes you might have a wait sometimes but that just goes to show you the time and attention they give to you. I am so glad I found this surgery when I did. And its nice to remember we are all human.

My family and I have been patients here for years , we wouldn't go anywhere else. We are always very well looked after, the reception staff always go above and beyond to help and assist any way they can, I have a child with a chronic medical condition and the reception staff always do they utmost best if he is unwell to get him seem to quickly , from the staff behind the desks to he staff on the phones they are always so friendly, helpful and welcoming , they always make a bad day better
The doctors and Nurses are all very professional , helpful and you feel well looked after . They will always go out of their way also to make sure you are well looked after . I would recommend this surgery to anyone

My family and I have been patients of this practice for a number of years. We had been with another doctor for the last 25 + years .We were a bit concerned about the new practice but we need not have worried as we were made very welcome , they could not do enough for us. We have visited senior doctors there on numerous occasions and as a result of the right prescriptions etc including an invitation to come back and see them if we were not recovering. I myself in the last 12 months had medical situations and both the management and reception staff made sure I had the next available appointment and have actually rang me to inform me that they had a sooner appointment because somebody cancelled. The Cremore Clinic is a very busy practice and some peoples needs take longer than others, this has to be taken in to account when waiting in the waiting room. The practise itself is very modern, spotlessly clean and there are several reception staff that are only too willing to help with any enquiries you may have. The services they have on offer go way beyond a general practise and should be bench mark for other general practise to follow. My mum and dad are extremely well taken care of by a senior doctor and in the absence of that doctor lately I saw another senior doctor who went out of her way to help me and was willing to sit back and listen and gave me as much time as I needed. We as a family are very pleased with the Cremore Clinic and we think that it is far above the above rating of 5 out of 5.

Both myself and members of my family have been to the clinic several times in the last few weeks and each one's experiences have been similar.
Waiting times are incredibly long. On average per visit, at least 40 minutes without apology and explanation from reception staff. Indeed, as I write this, my wife has been waiting over an hour, and when she questioning the reception staff as to the nature of the delay, no explanation was proffered, and the response given was "You are next".
What is the point in having an appointment system if it does not, and never seems to work?
Reception staff are quite curt and abrupt in their responses to customers, and I wonder if the Doctors are aware of the image that they portray for the practice?
I think it's time Management take the reception staff aside and formulate a better system that encourages and empathises with the needs of the customer, that reason for the practice.
Given the numerous similar reviews of this practice, I am frankly amazed that Management appear to be ignoring the poor administration staff that represent the front line in this office.

I would definitely recommend Cremore Clinic. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses are amazing and always take time to listen to your issues. I have never felt rushed in any way. They make you feel very comfortable throughout the consultation.
