Extremely happy with staff and treatment everytime I visit. Spa is gorgeous and clean. Lucia is very friendly and professional. 100% recommend.

Awful service. Failed to book even though was email confirmation. Avoid these amateurs. Then they wouldn't give refund for the voucher. So wasted money on something that was to be relaxing treat

I loved the spa and would certainly recommend it to a friend. One little criticism I would have is that we booked in for 7pm and were told after our massages that the spa was closing so we couldn't have more than a few minutes in the relaxation room. I felt this was a pity and perhaps they should not book people so late without telling them this

I just simply love this place. I discovered The Buff Day Spa 6 years ago, and they never disappointed me in their service. It's a great range of spa services that they offer, and there is a lot of deals that are affordable. Recommend these guys if you want to treat yourself.

I really enjoyed my latest massage. I've visited the spa 3 times, and each time is as splendid as before. Professional massages, my masseuse always asks me what areas of concern I have on my body and if there's a specific spot I'd like her to focus on; and asks about the level of pressure before and during the massage. I always feel much better afterwards, lighter and less stressed, and extremely relaxed. It's hard not to fully fall asleep during a massage at The Buff Day Spa! I have also experienced a facial and salt scrub, both of which were really heavenly and left my skin feeling super smooth.
