The best piadina is in Rimini and Riccione by the adriatic coast. Here it is very very similar to that one... so the best you can find in Bologna. Place is tiny with just a few seats but with an atmosfere, so you can eat there or take away and eat your hot served piadina with a fresh drink in the nearby Piazza Santo Stefano.
