Friendly staff, simple but excellent breakfast. Affordable parking, and a good size pool. The rooms were nice, and ours had a small balcony.

Friendly staff at the desk, great view over the lake (as long as you're lucky enough to get that side) and ample and free parking. unfortunately the hotel is in dire need of renovations. The bathrooms are small, there is dirt/stains on the ceilings, the sink plugs are rusty. The shower water pressure is very low. The rooms have AC though, which is good. There are TVs in the rooms, but only the italian channels worked. There is free WIFI, it's slow and it's only one device at a time with the same code, but for keeping in touch with family via whatsapp (audio didn't work because it was so slow) or email it's fine. for the purpose of our visit, I could imagine staying there again.

Fantastic setting. Lovely rooms, nice view, great pool. Staff friendly but could have been more helpful. Breakfast hot food had gone cold by 9am. Dirty main stairwell. Tatty notices sellotaped to things in the lobby made the hotel feel cheap. With an extra effort to pay attention to the small details this hotel could feel really special.

Hotel is in a great position on the lake. You can get boats to other places. Good is good and staff are very good.
