I have rented cars with firefly twice: in 2013 and 2017. Pick up is fast enough but you should call them. Cars are good, comfortable, slightly damaged (usual scratches). Price is very good! Looking forward to book again.

Do not book with Firefly from the Milan airport unless you are looking for a wait, a long wait to get your car. Further, the place is not where it should be per Google Maps and as such the place was near impossible to find first thing in the morning. Finally the place doesn't open till 8am so if you have an early morning flight, beware that you could very well miss it.

Quick pick-up from the airport (waited max 15min). The office is a bit odd (like a warehouse) however straight forward service. We accepted additional insurance which lowered our concerns to have the car damaged. Great experience!
