My husband and I came to this hotel for our wedding night dinner and stay. Location was superb. You have a gorgeous view of the Pistoia, Prato, and Florence valley. The dinner service we attended was divided between a very courteous and friendly server and a flustered, sassy, clearly-had-a-rough-service server who dampened the fun a little. However, our room was very clean although the furnishings were a little dated but comfortable. However, this added to the charm of staying at an ancient-convent-turned-hotel.

Ho alloggiato in primavera e devo dire che il posto è fantastico. Il problema grosso è che c'è poca pulizia nelle camere. C'era anche una cagata di topo o uccello (vedi foto). Inoltre abbiamo avuto l'impressione che ci fossero le pulci nel letto (ovviamente non abbiamo dormito tutta notte). Dopo la nostra lamentela al mattino è sparita la prenotazione da booking impedendo così la recensione. Ovviamente non è un hotel da 4 stelle.

Hotel molto bello, sulle colline di Pistoia, ricavato da un vecchio convento. Camere confortevoli, in un ambiente davvero caratteristico. É stata una soluzione d'emergenza essendomi trovato senza albergo alle 21 di un qualsiasi Lunedi. Colazione abbondante e varia, molto italiana, poco salato ma molta frutta. Caffetteria espressa. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio. Consigliato sia per lavoro che per turismo. Personale molto gentile.

The hotel located in amazing spot, but without a car is too difficult to approach. Amazing view, lovely gardens, nice rooms, helpful kind people. Don't miss to arrange breakfast, it's super.
My only black spot was the restaurant.. Too much waiting, expensive but tasty food, but the portions were too small.. That was a disappointment..
