The hotel is rated 3 star but it actually two. Very basic, modest accomodations, badly scuffed bedroom walls, broken telephone, and a shower that merely trickles hot water. There's a very loud, repeated banging outside the windows beginning at 7:00am-7:30am every morning. As it is extensive construction work, It ends only when the work day is over, making it very difficult to sleep in, nap, or even relax in the room.

Great service! Really nice front desk people and a decent free breakfast, not a great view from window but we weren't there much.

The room was horrible. Broken hairdryer. Dirty walls. No light. On our floor it wasn't clean at all. The walls are dameged. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is centrally located close to Termini. Rooms small but have everything you need. Great shower and comfy beds. Walls have a few scuff marks here and there but in my view doesn't detract from comfort as I found the hotel to be clean and friendly.
