Good atmosphere full of happy locals. Daughter was happy with her pasta and Tiramisu for desert. I probably chose wrong, but wasn't impressed by a small bland veal escalope for €14 and a plate of chopped lettuce and tomato for €6. Next table was covered in good looking seafood so trying to give a balanced picture.

Couldn't try the food only the lousy service: in spite that I called to reserve when we arrived the owner refused to serve us because the kitchen was closed He and his pals laughed at our complaints

I was in Rome for 5 days on a business trip back in February and consider myself fortunate to have found this little restaurant. All I can say is that this family run restaurant has fantastic food, great decor and amazing service. Easily some of the best food I had during my stay in Rome and the owners are ridiculously friendly. I only wish I didn't have to work such long hours so I could have gone more than twice during my stay nearby.
Do yourself a favour next time you're in Rome and check out this great little establishment.
