Locale molto luminoso, il chè da l’impressione che all’interno sia più grande di quel che effettivamente è. Ben organizzato, con tavoli per ogni quantitativo di gente.
Sempre tutto esaurito, tanto che ( ieri sera, sabato) per due persone che non avevano prenotato ci stava da aspettare 2 ore prima che si liberasse un tavolo, segno dell’ottima qualità del cibo.
Antipasti di olive ascolane superlative; la loro panatura è molto croccante e l’interno molto gustoso
La pizza è il punto forte. Impasto leggerissimo ( lievitato 72 ore, non a caso come il nome del locale, e dunque molto molto digeribile )sebbene la pizza è molto ben condita.
Consigliato assolutamente

Added a star because of the warm and pleasant owner, but I am afraid the pizza was far from being the best. It was too cooked to the point of being biscuity. Toppings were ok but not outstanding.
Service very slow but to be fair it's popular so they tend to be busy. It's an ok option if you live in this part of town I guess, but considering the reviews I expected more.
