Charming retro four star hotel. Very comfortable and serves a great buffet breakfast. Fantastic position, an easy walk to everywhere.

Right in the centre of things and within walking distance of most venues. Friendly staff. Loved sitting outside for breakfast 😋

The rooms and service didn't meet the expectation of the price tag and hotel star rating.
Our rooms were large, but that was the only good thing. The furniture and decor were outdated. For the price we paid, they could have at least provided the coffee maker set for free, but it wasn't free.
The cleaning wasn't done well, lots for uncleaned corners.
Breakfast was limited in assortment and quantity. Lots of guests had to wait for the food to be replenished.
Wifi was weak. Air conditioning wasn't working well, and the room was still too hot. Soundproofing wasn't adequate, hallway noise penetrated through easily.

For the EU this might be a 4 star hotel. The rooms were large, yes rooms, bedroom, living room, kitchen, & bath. But the wifi was slow when it was up. There was no place to set your personal things in the bathroom and the A/C never got below 27c when set at 22c. Yes outside temp was 30. The included breakfast was good. Just glad I want staying for a week. Over all just OK four a place to sleep.

From the beginning at check in, they upgraded our reservation. This was a pleasant surprise for us and we loved it. The room was just off the garden and it was beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic with a mix between American and European style breakfasts. The front desk was very helpful, they helped us make reservations at local restaurant's. Would stay again when visiting Rome.
