Hotel is in a nice location if you have a car or don't mind walking. Generous sized rooms and food breakfast.

- Acceptable, 15mins walk from JR Sapporo station
- Right next to major shopping areas with restaurants nearby
Room environment:
- Cleanliness: acceptable
- Items provided: enough
Services:
- Good communication. English level acceptable for most of the staff members.
- Helpful all along. They helped me booked a ski course very smoothly with further confirmation of details.
- Luggage stored inside their office rather than just randomly put in a corner. Good and well secured.
Amenities:
- Not many as it's a small compact hotel. Just see what you need.
- a mini bar with wine, juices, snacks provided at certain time periods at the main lobby
