Very good location, just a stone's throw from the main boulevard and other shopping areas. Hotel's amenities are very adequate and rooms are very decent in size but can be a tad dated looking if you get assigned one of the older rooms. Getting around is easy as there's the subway nearby and its less than 30 minute walk to the main JR station. Very popular with travellers. Free in-house WiFi.

Clean, staff is generous and accommodating. Starbucks on the 1st floor connect to the hotel is nice also.

The overall experience was good enough. Some of rooms they do not equip with the proper heating system since the building itself has built in the past. I believe this must be improved if the hotel still wants to attract all range of travelers. The options for breakfast was awesome. They provide vouchers to experience different restaurants in the hotel. The connection of the underground floor with the main walking tunnel of the city is greatly convenient. Many of tourism attractions are closed to the hotel so people can walk.

Swell managed hotel which made me feel convenient and comfortable. Rooms were complete with all supplies for personal convenience. Complete facilities for enjoyment at leisure.

Nice hotel with great location and great Japanese restaurant. We stayed in this hotel for 3 days for my husband's birthday. The hotel has great location with direct access to underground walking lane and subway. Very friendly staff who can speak good English. Hotel's own Japanese restaurant is great with its food and service! A big old room but well maintained. Definitely a memorable stay!
