The entrance is up stairs (4th floor, use elevator), honest and friendly reception, clean room and high tech bathroom.

This was a very nice hotel. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very accommodating towards westerners. All of the staff spoke English and were very helpful. I'll be staying here anytime I'm in Tokyo. It is a AMAZING for the price.
