Cold and terrible breakfast in the morning (at 9h00), no warm coffee available, totally unattended by the hotel staff... The receptionist was very unfriendly-rude when we left the hotel, internet was not working 9 out of 10 times, very slow, swimming pool totally useless, rooms need to be updated. The only positive thing about this hotel was its location. For the rest, I DO NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone! I'm pretty sure there are better options, first and last time I have stayed at this hotel!

The place is well looked after, has a pool but most of all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a restaurant on the top floor with great views and a smaller one with a bar and near the pool. The food is excellent and the chef is great.

Hot water takes at least 20 mins. We complained to our tour guide they told him it was the first they had heard of this. New issue. Yet when we get home it is all over Trip advisor. Stained bedspread and lumpy bed.
