Excellent locally owned Lao restaurant for fine European dining and Lao and Asian foods. Outdoor garden or indoor. Party room in Bel Epoque style available. On That Dam Square..quiet and parking. Nice local people and charming owner. Reasonable prices. Be sure to clarify your orders with the server staff. By Mike Carroll

There were flies and ants all over the place inside. I felt like I was an an outdoor picnic. Hard to enjoy the meal. I give it 2 stars because the food was decent.
