Nice place to stay in Liepaja. Located in town center. Walking distance to most of the tourist sites - theater, music hall, sea side

Price is affordable, it's in the city center, guests can park nearby for free (ask for permission paper in reception).
But sometimes it's a little bit loudy outside when window is opened in the summer (main street, tram...).
Also, bathroom is quite small, but as for one night it's OK.
Would like to have at least small fridge in the room
