Interiour is like on a Tallink ship, waiters are like from Soviet vegetable shop, but coctails .. and the view are worth going there. Classic wide cocktail menu - Cosmopolitan was excellent, negroni an white russian also are worth trying. Well balanced and chilled cocktails.

Among the hotel bars with a panorama view in central Riga, Star Lounge on the 11th floor of hotel ALBERT certainly is the place to go. There is a roof terrace and it's a magic venue for enjoying sunsets. And good drinks and snacks, of course.
