I was applying through ISMIRA for the position onboard of RCCL. It took 8 months, the agents cooperation as well as reply time was satisfactorily. I've been working onboard for up to 3 months, where I didn't pass probation period (unsatisfied reason). After that I reached the agency and requested for RE-applying, where I've been informed that it's impossible. The explanation was that I did not pass probation period and since this I'm no longer welcome in their agency to chance reapply again. So, guys, you're gonna have just ONE CHANCE no more: any secondary tries will be banned by ISMIRA! I was really upset and disappointed and I decided to leave this review for those, who's planning have a deal with ISMIRA. So be aware about this fact that they can "black listed you"! Think twice will be better, saying honestly!
