Arrived at airport my wife already there had prepaid rental. I arrived and had the car ready she did not bother to check that car was already payed but charged me again any way used my credit card to pay charged part and recharged full amount again my credit car was declined was not planning to use out of country so did not notify my credit card company so I payed in full with my atm card took the car had to bring back 2 days later because the brakes needed to be changed that gave me a car that was going to sales and had a low tire and bad shock with full coverage insurance they are still going to charge for repair 1 week later still have the charges on my wife's credit card my credit card and my ATM card charged use 3 times the amount. We call budget talked to Itzel Ibarra Gerente Budget Culiacan she does not return our calls. They don't care they lost loyal 12 year customers. Very bad experience

We had a prepaid reservation for four days. Upon our arrival to the airport there was no one in the stand to welcome us. So one of the locals gave me the phone number to call them and find out about my reservation. There were short on staff and were taking forever to come and pick us up while we had to wait in the bad hot humid weather. Finally someone from the airport gave us a lift because from Budget there was no show. Once in the office the had no car for me and I was told to wait ten minutes for one that was coming from downtown. I do not know much the city but I guarantee you it might take a lot more than that. Finally they gave us an upgrade car and right there I requested the vehicle for one more day. when I returned the car on the fifth day the extra charge for that extra day was the double of what I was told in the beginning. The manager was not available and no one could help me with the bill. Quite upsetting situation. I had rented cars in the US and had no problems at all.
