Lousy attention on Urgencies, attendant couldnt provide attention and entered patient in high pain, couldnt contact any doctor to stabilize, medicate and received patient to a room while specialist arrived. Definitely need to improve with employees competencies and criteria since people is relying their health and integrity to the supposedly best hospital in the state.

En Mapatón2017 visité el hospital, tiene rampas, está accesible para desplazamientos en sillas de rueda, cuenta con pasillos amplios, elevadores.

Pésimo servicio sin aire acondicionado y te hacen esperar horas. Para su precio tan alto, muy poco recomendado.

An excellent private hospital. Very reasonable prices for great care. This is the only hospital I use in Hermosillo. The ER is very good: always prepared for anything with knowledgeable staff. There is an English speaking doctor on call.

Es un excelente hospital, los enfermeros son muy amables y tienen a los mejores doctores, vale la pena el precio por el servicio que ofrecen
