I stayed at this beautiful hotel for almost 2 weeks the services was amazing especially the girl in the bar her name is Silvia she was so adorable I really miss her she maked me feel like home, great personality and amazing customer services the food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff was very friendly I will definitely go again I can’t wait to see everyone again I highly recommended this hotel 😊

Newly renovated. Looks very nice. Staff and service are great! We toured the rooms before we left and will definitely stay there next time.

Absolutely love this hotel. I have been traveling to Juarez often on business and was staying at another hotel from a big chain. For not much more you can go from 3 star to close to 5 star quality. Rooms are very clean and well appointed in a modern style. Restaurant and food is excellent as well. If you travel for business I suggest the small upgrade to the select rooms on the 6th floor where breakfast and happy hour in the executive lounge are included. The rooms also have large modern flat panel TVs.
It was a little cold to take advantage of the pool and jacuzzi but it sure looks beautiful.
If you don't have your own transportation there are many restaurants close, a great indoor mall, and convenience stores. Basically, the location is perfect.
Thanks to Ever too for all the excellent service each morning at breakfast.
For those from north of the border that do not speak English, the staff at the hotel are do a great job at English so you will have no problems.
