Excellent experience from beginning to end. I was looking to book a minibus with driver for a four day trip throughout Morocco for a group of 10 people and found 1servicecar online; booking was very easy, I sent an initial inquiry by email and got in touch with Amine who was very responsive to all my questions and requests. We rent a Diesel Fiat Punto , for 9 days , Amine proposed to deliver the car at any place of our convenience , the driver came to our place on due time , the car was new and clean , i highly recommand the services of this Agency.

I rented a car for 2 weeks from them, so here is what they did:
- They delivered the car to my hotel.
- offered a child seat for free.
- They offer unlimited milage.
- They served customers during weekends and Eid festival (when all other agents were closed).
- We had many suitcases, so few did not fit in the car before driving to another city, they offered to store the suitcases at their office for free.
- While in the other city, my contract ran out, they never bothered me, when I called they just said I can settle it when I'm back in Casa.
- They came to me with the suitcases in another car after my return.
- They took the car and returned it while I was enjoying a meal at a restaurant to correct the air pressure in the tiers for me.
- They offered to send 2 drivers in another car with me to the airport for the extra bags, the other driver would drive back my car after my departure.
They also offer cars with drivers, and free airport pickup and drop off.
Try to get these services for free from Budget, Avis or Sixt.
I found Amine to be a hard working gentleman, answers the phone and ready to serve at any time. and cares about his business' reputation.
Just remember: that they charge less when paying cash , and the car does not come filled up (but then you can return it empty too).
I visited their office several times (for child car seat, renewing contract etc.), and overheard their phone conversations with clients and actually met other clients, these guys are legit, and do all they can to create repeat business.
Some independent car agents, form a relation with you to charge you more. But these guys when they form a relation with you, they serve you better and ask you for referrals. Negotiating with them is reasonable and pleasant.
I definitely recommend them.
