Rooms are bug and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Swimming pools are very good. Centrally located - a shpping mall and supermarket next door.

Nice hotel, with beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and wonderful outdoors pool! Never got an introduction to the hotel facilities, so I didn't find the indoor spa area - a shame!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
Just came back from staying here for a week, worst holidays of my life. Although the hotel has a good appearance and an ideal location, the service is mediocre and the staff is incredibly incompetent and rude. We had a different issue every day (construction noise in our room, keys not working, waiting ages to get served at breakfast, being late to the airport because the concierge took too long to bring our luggage down, our room not being cleaned, etc.). The staff is incredibly rude and treats customers like they don't matter, certainly not like a 5* star hotel should treat them. Every time we went down to reception to complain, there was at least a dozen of other people also complaining and angry. All employees are rude, dumb, arrogant, and have no clue how to deliver good customer service. Employee Nadia especially has been very rude to us is really bad at her job. For the price paid, there are much nicer hotels in Marrakech. Avoid this at all costs.

This place just beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, the spa was relaxing, indoor pool was warm. It's the best place ever. The manera shopping hall has an entrance through the hotel. So many cafes around it. The train station is 5 minutes away. Luv, Luv, Luv.

Absolutely amazing hotel. It's a resort in the city! Great service. And the breakfast is very grand! I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The wifi connection can be poor at times so we struggled with that. Otherwise rooms are big, clean and modern. And staff helpful.
