Rented a big van here to move a couch. Staff was friendly and the van was perfect to drive.
Take notice of the fact that parking a van or car during the night is at your own risk when you do not opt in for any additional insurance. Aside from this, don't forget to get a parking ticket untill 24:00. We did not encounter any problems with this, but you should be aware of it.

Friendly staff, fast and professional service. I have rented with Sixt multiple times in different countries, and never had a single complaint. Only downside of this particular location is that when you need to drop off the car after hours, finding a parking spot can be a drag. But this is true for most locations that are somewhat central. All in all, this is a car rental service that I can recommend to everyone.

Super friendly customer service. The guys who gave me the car and took it back for the checkup were also super friendly. No problems with the car! Loved it. Would recommend!

Process was incredibly simple. They didn't have the car we reserved when we arrived so we were upgraded to an Audi A4...no complaints! Very reasonable price for day rental.
One knock against them...not worth removing a star...is the return. We returned the car after the place closed, and of course there was no street parking nearby (probably because, well, it's Amsterdam). We had to park it on Bilderdijkstraat after searching for 30 min, but really not a huge deal.
