At first I was quite the sceptic "yoga for real people" would that really be the case or do they just have a good salespitch?! Turns out it is true, there is a very relaxed atmosphere from teacher to receptionist and it really doesn't matter whether you are a highly experienced or a beginner - no pressure. They also have nice handlotion, handsoap and facial cream standing in a little cute box in the dressing room. Recently at their new location they even put in those big rain showers which is very convenient when you're practising yoga in the morning and you have to rush to work. Way to go Delight yoga!
