A beautiful place to practice yoga! I joined a mama-flow-yogaclass with Esther. My little one enjoyed the baby-massage-session a lot, so I will definitely come again :-)) A good place to start with yoga (again) after giving birth.

Sina and Esther have created an absolutely beautiful space for practicing all kinds of yoga. They have put so much love into the studio - you can literally feel it as soon as you enter the building. The classes are set up very professionally and there are options for everyone: from beginners to more advanced student. It is a lovely place to hang out and connect with other students and feel part of a community.

it's a great place. the room is in a converted school building - hence high ceilings and a nice airy feeling. the classes cater for all level
-i'm a total beginner and only joined my partner for a class and got hooked and will be back for more yoga
