Average Italian compensating with fancy designs.
If you're looking for a good night out with friends this could be ok, when you're looking for great Italian food please go elsewhere (enough other Italian options in Amsterdam).

Really average at best. Good place to go if you're a group as they have lots of room for dinning just don't expect to be blown away by with a gastronomical pallet pleaser.

The beautiful decor and feel of the place is soothing. You can enjoy good food that is pricey but fits the location and comfort as your sitting in comfortable sofas. Why three stars then? The answer as so often in this beautiful city is the same, the service or lack thereof. Inattentive you can watch the waiters chat with each other at the bar while your trying to catch their attention.
