I had a very bad experience with Govinda tours for Paris trip. I advise not to travel with this tours as the tour guide Ashok (60 years old) is so irresponsible that if you are late by 2 to 5 mins he will leave you behind and ask you to come by other train/bus to the next destination without any mercy which is not acceptable. They never followed the time lines as mentioned on the govinda site but he expects us to be on time. My pick up time from schiphol was 3:30 am but they started by 4:10am and there was a one and half hour delay in providing the Disneyland entry ticket to all passengers by him. I sincerely recommend not to travel with govinda tours as many of my friends also had same bad experience with this guide who always leave people behind if they are late by 2 to 5 mins and move the bus to the next destination (more than 30 km) he never cares if the left out family has infant babies or ladies or old people. We prefer tour travels to have a safe and secure trip but the guide Ashok in the govinda tours itself is a trouble maker.

The owner strives to give a very good customer experience with an affordable cost.Only downside, i see is that as a tourist you have to adhere strictly to the timelines given by them or they just carry on, leaving you behind! But, recommended highly for the value for money experience.
