Very subtle and clean tasting Japanese food. The best I've tasted outside Japan. They even have real fresh wasabi (root). The atmosphere is cozy and the decor minimalistic. Oh and order some sake! Leave the red wine.

It's difficult to find good Japanese food outside Japan. The influence of the local taste is hard to avoid. Hanasato is one of the exceptions. The shabu-shabu is a must, but also any other food is prepared with care and it tastes delicious.
If you are looking for fake sushi or other "typical japanese" dishes, this place may be a big surprise for you. If you are in for a taste of Japan, this is the place!
