Gabriel is talking about the wrong place. Rivera Pub has a great balcony if the weather is nice or you have the option of sitting inside at tables or their large bar.

Por lo general es un lindo lugar para un after office, a veces lo mozos no son amables, falta buena onda.

If you pass by you probably won't notice the place because it is on the first floor. The entrence is next to the biggies. They have local beer and also a Spanish beer, Estrella. They also serve pizza and barfood. We love the papas al Roquefort there! They also have a balcony where you can relax and have a drink.
