La ubicación es muy buena, a tres cuadras de la Plaza de Armas, atrás del Templo de San Blas.
El personal muy atento y siempre nos apoyó en lo que necesitamos.

I never really had any problems here until just recently. I had a tour early in the morning around 5am. I had to meet my guide at a nearby plaza. I went downstairs and didn't see anyone at the reception area. I tried to open the door but all the hinges were locked. I figured the receptionist was in the other room, so I went around looking for him. There was no sign of him. I then started banging really hard on the door in hopes that he (Owen) would hear it...still nothing. Thirty minutes passed and there was no sign of anyone. Keep in mind that the hostels website says they have 24 hour reception...that was not the case that morning. I ended up missing my tour because of this. When I confronted Owen about it he just kept making excuses. First he told me I should have unlocked the door, which I obviously tried. Then he went on to say that it was my fault and that I should have told him the night before, but I kindly reminded him that the hostels website states they have 24 hour reception and I was depending on that. He kept giving me excuse after excuse. I finally asked to speak to his manager or supervisor. When the manager finally came she started telling me that I should have knocked really hard on the door, which again I already did plenty of times. In the end I ended up getting my money back for the tour I missed. This situation could have been resolved quicker and easier if they would have just admitted to the mistake and refunded me my money for the missed tour. Instead they tried making excuse after excuse.
