My partner and I took time to select the budget hotel we want to stay at for us to rest after a long day accomplishing our government IDs and clearances in CUBAO. So we opted to go for Nice Hotel Cubao because it is very nice, but contrary to their name - They are not.
FRONT DESK STAFF
Snobbish and not accomodating. We were told to sitdown because he is still in the process of preparing the bill of other customers. He could have asked what room are we getting and he will find one for us and let us go seated while on queue. When we didn't like the room given (details below), we called the front desk and while asking for the room transfer, she blatantly raised her voice and said "SIR MAGHINTAY NA LANG PO KAYO NG 10 MINUTES KASI PINAPALINIS PA UNG LILIPATAN NYO!!" I, hung up on her!
ROOMS
The first room 410 we were given smells like smoking area. Very Humid. we were told it takes 15-minute cooling time, the walls are dirty with vandalism. We were transferred to a different room and we liked it better but it took us almost 30 minutes. No Tissue available to wipe the toilet seat.
PRICE
The promotion price being shown outside the hotel is not real. It is never offered.
I strongly recommend Eurotel instead of this. It is more expensive but it is worth the experience.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!!! Me and my bf were totally disappointed when we saw the room. It really looks like a cheap hotel and the smell is so disgusting too. We wanted to cancel the booking and get a refund but they won't let us!!! They said they have a non-refund policy so they decided to transfer us to a VIP room instead which doesn't look nice either!!! Worst food!Misleading advertisement! We ordered sisig but gave us canned tuna with sliced onions instead!! The receptionist is rude too. Never ever gonna come back to this hotel ever!!! Totally a waste of money!!
