Arrived @9pm, server took our orders and punched it in their machine at 9:17(machine indicated receipt). Food was served so late even after 4 follow-ups on our orders hence food was served at 10:05PM and served COLD!! This branch is ridiculously SLOW and INCOMPETENT in service. If the food was served hot, it was fine. But it was COLD!!! Servers and service is really bad.
