Clean and affordable place. Close to shopping and transportation. Love the water view from hotel window. Internet service is adequate. Great hotel.

I've stayed here with my wife on two occasions. It's clean and comfortable, and service is very good too. The design of the place feels a little bit like being inside a hospital, not a hotel. But overall it's a good value and we're likely to return next time we visit. Location in Dumaguete is ideal.

Ohh... i used to come here for every wedding shoot that i had... and the only hotel i stayed for my wedding day with my wife.... and it is a very good hotel and good employees too..

Great value. Good on-site cafeteria style restaurant. Located on Rizal Boulevard just across from waterfront park. Adjacent to great restaurants and clubs for walking distance access.

Very good experience ! We walked in and were accommodated - guest friendly hotel Room is very comfortable and clean; the staff courteous and friendly. Cafe Filomena food is varied, tasty and cheap. Public transport (Ceres Bus and tricycle) right in front of hotel. Rizal Blvd and Tañon Strait make excellent view while having meals. Walking distance from Quezon Park and the Dumaguete Cathedral. We will recommend to friends and will definitely stay here when we return to Dumaguete.
