My mother died last April 13, 2013. Rosita I. Navarrete (deceased) she has still an amount at her account during that time . I already submitted all necessary documents needed including the passbook at General Santos City Branch. I also sent a Letter to the main office Finance Manila. But, I am disappointed because it has been several years I do not have any receive single centavo. even feedback of development about my claim. I am planning to write to the President of the Philippines Pres. Duterte to help me if you dont take actions on my claim.
