Reggae is apparently alive and well in Manila. Pretty cool scene for a Sunday night. Food is sold along with reggae themed apparel and smoking gear. Live music is playing late into the night.

Collective is one of the cheapest bar, however the bar has no sound proof. Meaning that the residents nearby, are not sleeping enough because of the damn noise. They should put a sound proof, so they will not disturb residential areas at 10 pm until 4 am. Or if you can't put a sound proof in your bar, why not find another place that it is more commercialize area, means, you can't bother people for sleeping.
